Got a dumb question will the most recent version of saragosa and spheros spool be interchangeable between the 6000 and 5000 sizes?

And how about the new stradic sw b?

You can swap 5k or 6k spools in spheros or in saragosa but not between spheros or saragosa.

I used to fish with stradic(destroyed)  spool on sienna 2500 body, so I guess many shimano spools are compatible.

no you can't, Saragossa has top and bottom stack drag while spheros doesn't.

New stradic sw 4000 is basic sw branded stradic FM 4000 hence all the fancy new marketing bullshit. 5000 - 10000 is basically the same as last gen. From 14000 they added rigid support drag. Just get a Saragossa to save your money. Stradic sw b is still essentially a 2020 Saragossa variant imo

Spheros is the old saragosa. And yes the spools are interchangeable. Just like the saragosa 5000, 6000, 8000 are all interchangeable.

meant by between the models of saraosa and spheros.

So can my spheros 5000 swap spools with saragosa 6000?

No 2020 saragosa is in a class of its own. 2021 spheros sw has only top stack drag while 2020 saragosa has top AND bottom stack drag. The drag clicker mechanism and support on main shaft is different. You can prob interchange it with moving parts between main shafts but not sure. So simple answer is no. Check Alan Hawks' reviews pls or there're heaps of teardown on youtube

21 Spheros SW and 20 Stradic SW 5000/6000 spools are interchangebale
