How to rig SPs on weedless weighted hooks?

Hi Guys,

Due to losing 3-4 jig heads every session to structure, I thought I'll give weedless hooks a try. However, it's kind of confusing how to rig SPs to the hooks below. Particularly, correct me I am wrong but to get the head of the SP through to the head of the hook, It will rip up the face of the SP. Unless you're supposed to use huge SPs. 

Any help would be appreciated.

I just run a Texas rig , it’s cheaper and you can change weights without changing plastics .

Ahhh you've solved it for me. The last video is my answer. It has the twisty spring.
