jenno64 Posted November 28 Posted November 28 I’ve had the week off to pack up as we are moving next week. I needed a break from culling, cleaning and packing so I planned a trip out into the main Hacking strait armed with some live prawns. Got to my first drift about an hour before the low at 1:30 and first cast returned a nice fatty about 50. Lost a couple then things slowed until the tide turned back in when I picked up another 4 to complete my bag by 3pm. Kept an eye on the weather map as predictions weren’t great but got back in unscathed and cleaned the catch. All fish from mid to high 40s. Good to have fresh fillets again! 11
Yowie Posted November 28 Posted November 28 Nice bag of flatties from the Hacking, Rob. Good to see some are about, and of a nice filleting size.
