  3. Hi there, I am only learning myself about saltwater fishing. I have just read an article in fishing tips and techniques mag issue 19. There is an articl about braid lines. Gelspun,teflon,silicone etc. it tells about the whats what very intresting if you can get your hands on a copy might be woth it. Or you can subscribe to the mag about $35 per year.   4. hi diver, sounds great I am only a novice at saltwater fishing. I am are looking for some tips. Could you share what sort of bait is best for flathead size hook etc. i know it sound simple but I am used to freshwater fishing.would love to try those battered flat fillets. Regards snakebite.
  5. Hi Mark, You can camp at Lake Windamere. They have camping grounds there with toilets showers etc. You can camp close to the water if you want. Its up to you where u pitch. happy fishing. regards snakebite.
  6. Hi there fishies, This is my first post. Hope I am in the right direction. I am a novice at saltwater fishing. fresh has been my best. But looking for more chalenge. I just came back from Narooma on hols and decided to throw a line of the beach surf but no luck. Even brought new surf rod and reel. I live in the Blue Mountains so where ever I go its always a journey. I would like to go down to woolongong to throw a line can anyone share a little advise as to where and when.
