Yeh i had a dig at the fresh, we fished in canberra for carp and yellas. Only managed to land 1 yellowbelly, tiny i dropped a baby cod as well but we got some nice carp biggest one 80cm+ Hope you do well

Yeh i agree, i caught a few fish off the beach woth 14lb fireline but it kept getting caught in the wash and i had to cast more

We got heaps of bonito on a charter, had some as sashimi with wasabi and soy sauce, delicious, and also seared and cooked through just in the pan, Huck

Went fishing in the comp there got 2nd prize, great fishing there big ones on bread and small ones on worms saw a massive reddie, would be good if they opened up a scetion of the dam for fishing, ow well the comp was great. Jeremy

My mate caught this cracker of a carp the other night at lake tuggeranong, we were targetign yelloowbelly this big lure hooked it in the tail

Yeh in china i ate carp twice, wasnthat that bad i think its a slightly different species though. They served them whole in sweet and sour sauce and apart from the bones it was pretty nice.

Hey everyone, Ive been catching quite a few redfin at lake tuggeranong on softplastics and was wondering if anyone knew any really good types to use. Also does anyone know any good spots and/or techniques for catching natives esp golden perch Thanks heaps Jeremy
