what tides

what moon

and where to go

I am mainly landbased- dont have a boat

heres the pic,

went down for some bream, decided to put a live tailer out, after a 1/2 hour it got smashed.

got it up to my feet and remembered i didnt bring a net, got the wife to take a pic.

then a well meaning stranger came down with a gaff that looked like it came off a japanese whaling ship.

he had a couple of goes at it with the gaff. and then it snapped

only had dodgy 9 pound line that has been in my garage for years (as trace)
