Ben, I may have some photos i will have to search the folders.. regards to the bilge, i have a couple of inspection ports on the floor so i can check cables etc all my cables run under the floor in piping... Also helps me feed cables through the pipes too..
I have drawn up a little diagram of how i did it.. Pretty shocking art work but hope it may help lol...

Mate there will be a couple of chocie words along the way but the end result will be well worth it.. I have rebuilt mine, its a 4.5 savage voyager, original centre console. Floor, stringers and transom all rebuilt.. Don't want to really talk about the $ spent but theres something special about rebuilding an old girl... Now for the new motor.. Enjoy the bulid.

Hello raiders,
I have a old johnson 35hp and need to know were to put the gearcase oil and what type to use, this may be a silly question but i don't want to stuff up and put it in the wrong hole. I have taken out a few plugs with no oil coming out, i did notice some oil coming from the prop a while ago but it has just been sitting in the garage and i would say it has all leaked out, no biggy.. but just want to get some more oil into it..
I have added a photo with numbers pointing to spots where i have removed the plugs..
Any help would be appreciated...
Thank you, livebait!!

Unlucky livebait about the lost kings.
Was your report from today, I think we were the boat you were talking about with the 2 kings.
The afternoon downrigging session was horrible due to wind and rubbish in the water which made downrigging near impossoble, however the morning session on the other hand was a ripper. Every pass we were getting hit and all fish were over 75cm.
A bit more persistence and you will get them.
yeh mate that was us.. you actually seen it bust off. congrates on what sounds like a top morning.. as soon as this wind goes im out there again..
cheers livebait
