the pedal kayak are quite expensive. you be looking around $2300 for a basic set up plus electronics and other equipments. There is an off shore type as well called adventure island. It is awesome!

I think you some buy something cheaper if your using that at the beach or at the rocks. Because these places tend to corrode your reel easier. If your using it at the jetty then its fine. Happy hunting

I agree with you dude, alot of people take undersized fish at the jetty. I would tell them that they are undersized. and ask if they want to measure it or not. Usually they throw it back

how did you fish with your poppers? have you tried looking up youtube and get ideas there? Poppers do work. The more expensive poppers are easier to use while the cheap ones take more effort. Also what was the water temperature like?

are you fishing on a boat? or are you fishing on land? I know that tom ulgy bridge is a pretty good spot for people starting out. It is pretty safe

dont forget to try out gulp plastics as well. they are pretty good too. i like wriggler myself as well. dont buy something very cheap. you get what you pay for
