Pennant fish it was I thought they are the same family as diamond fish .cheers

Diamond trevally it was great looking fish. I tried to take a picture of it but it didn't turn out thanks for the replies.

Hi all was fishing port hacking the other night when we noticed these fish swimming around the boat all night they looked like a dart but had long tenicles off them silver in colour and would swim vertical or horizontal. Reminded me of a jellyfish but where differently a fish I cant find a picture of them any where, Would love to no what they are.

Mine was the same while squeezing the bulb it would run. This was the first time mine has ever done it. Had it out last night and on my second tank off fuel it is now running fine. Hope it works for you mate.

Nice set up mate. I installed the same sort of setup but ran a two way switch and connected a deck shower head off it as well which acts as a deck wash as well it doesn't have great preasure but enough to wash blood an fish guts of the boat which has saved me some clean up time when getting home. Cleaning the boat was driving me crazy trying to get it off after it had baked on.

I agree with oz_bret I have the same setup and it has saved me a few times now. All my accessories run of house battery leaving my start battery for starting only. A few years back my start battery packed it in while outside fishing thanks to the switch all I did was switch to emergency parallel and we where on our way back home. They can be a bit expensive for the set up but once installed you will never look back. My system is the bep vsr hope that helps.

Hi mate how long has it been since you last had the boat out. I have a 2004 Johnson 115 which hadn't been out in a while due to work. Took it out the other day and had the same sort of problem it turns out that the fuel was stale and I think it had started to crystalize in the engine.

Why do i always have something on the weekend a fishing trip comes up . Oh well will tell the wife today i orded the tickets online to day see how she takes it. Will just have to miss the birthday party oppps . Hopefully will catch up with use there if she dosnt kill me first lol.

Hi this is one that i use it is air operated but can be used manually the other is full manual cartrige just slides inside.Hope that helps

Hi all brought some wet weather gear a few years ago no and am not happy with it as i keep getting soaked through it must not be 100% water proofed.So i am just wondering what others wear and recommend.I do not want to keep spending money on gear that doesnt work.

Hi mate i had a grease gun like that and yes they are messy.. A few months ago i was at super cheap and they had there grease guns on special so i brought a few just add the cartrige and no mess cant believe i didnt buy one earlier.

Where abouts is the crack have you got a picture of it.?

Hi all had the boat out the other day and managed to fix it. The problem was i had adjusted the depth setting from auto to 250 once it was adjusted back to auto setting it is now working as it should thanks heaps for your repleys and help.
