your closest reefs would be east and west reef i think,head north from box head they are about 1 to 1.5km out.
have to be very careful as it can be shallow at times.on a rough day i would give it a miss hope this can help you on your

We were out there about a week and a half ago and there were thousands of them,the water in that photo looks pretty brown or is it just my eyes...Haven't done much good in the hawksbury for a while now.
