North head was so lumpy glad i was in a boat not my yak did ok got a 3kg mowie and 3 blue spot flattys atound the 50 -55

As of 5 mins ago weather looks flat small chance of rain and only very minimal wind so all in all looks like pretty good weather kind of keen for a for middle harbour been alot more kings up that way

hey buddy i use shimano rods and reels the 2 main ones are a 2-4kg with a 2500 spheros and a 4-6 i think with a 4500D bait runner
best tip i can give you when shopping is look on the Shimano website for shimano reels and look at what the drag rating on the reels are for me and my budget the 2500 Spheros and the 4500D reels were ideal , also a tip with shimano bait runners if you can go for the D series they are so much better i own 3 now.
as for rods you need to find a reel and match the rod to the reel , but when buy the rod you need to ask what do you want it for ? they all have different actions , Gabes at Narellan is a really good place to get help if your a local , unless you know what your doing i don't recommend buying rods of online stores

A little tip with the wheels when your transporting the kayak is to use the scuppa holes closest to the middle it will make it alot easier

Gonna do port hacking this weekend its looking like a nice day for a 530 start saturday morning from wallys wharf if anyone is keen .
going to start with a trust bream flick with the Zmans while trying for some yakkas for livies then out to south west arm
will be there on my trusty hobie PA14 with yellow stripes feel free to join me
