  3. I have wondered that myself (PARSUN OUTBOARD) like anything new (I think there would be a lot of issues to start with) than again I remember when Ryobi first came out it was (not so good ) and now it's one of the better Tool Product you can get. but there is a big difference between Tools and Out-Board engine . I would rather get a Proven Product and Get home after every Trip on the Water as well, Let someone do the testing and prove the Product before I get it . I'v seen a few New Out-boards on the market but only on sites where they are being sold on Aktion sites for (seemingly Very Cheep) what reason I don't know. and I'm yet to see one of these Out-board engine on the water . that's my Thought's on those new engines. NO I haven't had or got nor will have any experience with PARSUN or THE other Make. If I was you have a talk with the site sponsor I'm sure Huey @ Huett Marine will look after you . also consider the Resale Value if you decide to upgrade in the future. I bet you will have a lot better Chances Than with a unproven Out-board Engine . Good luck with your decision.

  4. yes I've seen the UTube short they do look like a very active baited trolling lure . and looks like they got a lot of potential, I think they do look impressive in the Water just the Action it produces. just like to see if anyone has any experience with them. ( I'm seriously considering trying them out ) just don't want to waste my hard earned Cash if they are a waste .Like to know others of their opinion of these or is it just a Gimmick . apparently the chain where the hook is attached (how Solid are they fastened onto you line etc. , the chain/bead is apparently 80lb breaking strain , and with they rust after a few outings ? that will weaken the strength of the beads chain as well , so I have got a few questions . maybe I should make a executive decision and get one Hmmmm .

  6. Has anyone tried these new "Head Start Bait Diver's", They are mainly used for Garfish Bait when Trolling . they clamp onto the head of Garfish and the Bead where the hook is fastened onto is being feed thru the body of the Garfish so the Hook is exposed at the Tail end and bead chain fastened onto the head clamp . some how ! just wonder if anyone can recommend these have tested them. Thank you for your feed back Raiders !

  7. Bonus with Painted Aluminium Checker plate (White) . yes it can get hot on very hot summers day , just wear some light foot wear! . but the advantage is defiantly so much easier to clean after a trip out , personally I would go with Aluminium . I have it myself and very happy with it .

  8. Next time go to Davidson park . get some live bait At Balmoral headland or where the Largde Crane on Starboard side after Spit marina about 50-100 out on 19meters of water ancor up with (burley , bread and a tin of pilchard Cat food mixed up in a bucket )and head out near vicinity of the Gap try down rigging for Kingies or just Live Baiting and the artificial reef also long reef isn't to far up from the heads ,if the weather goes pear-shaped try inside very light gear for bream/flatties .there is plenty of spot in and around middle harbour / spit bridge. I find the Hawkesbury is very much hit and miss at the best of times and you really have to work hard to get some results there.

Seemingly there options out of the harbour with out having to travel to far ( its my Opinion only)
