The model i would get if I was around $200 range would be the lowrance 4x HDI with normal sounding and downscan imaging it says it retails for about $250 but I recon you could get it for $200 It has some great feature Have a read about it here: http://www.lowrance.com/en-au/Products/Fishfinder/Elite-4x-HDI-en-au.aspx

Heaps of kings on long reef right now water temp at longy still 22 degrees get out there they switch off at 10:30-11:00am so get out there early. It winter and there's kings it doesn't really matter about season it's all about water temp Cheers sydneyfisher12

Don't know what model but go lowrance especially in a open tinny because the hummingbird on my old boat got water in it and wouldn't work swapped over to lowrance never had a problem great sounder and there easy to use Cheers sydneyfisher12

Caught this nice bream on a unweighted prawn and 4lb it took around 10minutes to get out of the snags thought I would never see it agian but got it into the net 46cm bream and a new PB Cheers sydneyfisher12

I have the same itch I hate when on the weekends I have something else to do and can't go fishing it makes me angry and it makes me think I could be loaded up on a meter kingy right now I usually just stare at the trees saying there's no wind today it would of been perfect for fishing
