I would love to run it dry, but I cannot start it as I believe the fuel is so old. It will fire but not run. :-(

Hi Guys. My newly acquired Nautiglass has a mariner 8hp aux motor. This boat had not been used for many years. So after draining all fuel, changing filters and some fuel lines, main motor is going well. But the little aux, I have not been able to drain the fuel out of the carby. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks.

On another site, a big guy said he had problems. I'm about 110kg and a bit cautious. Right now it has what I presume are standard folding seats, but I would really like a backrest.

I recently purchased a Nautiglass 170 and am so impressed with it. But it has what I presume are the original seats. No back and they fold down against the side of the boat. I would really like to install seats with a backrest (yes, I'm an old codger), but read some off-putting reports on seats with a centre swivel pedestal. Can I fit a backrest to the original seats, or should I replace them with said swivel seats. Comments and ideas appreciated. Thanks.
