Ah yes rang the dealer and he said they put the numbers on a little 20c piece sized thing one the power head so that must be it and it is 1989 thank you

But think that's a part number for the intake manifold

Ok thanks mate any ideas where they would be on the motor? Are they stamped in like a cars engine block? And no I'm not sure it's a 50hp, did they do 40hp 3cyl? On the Licencing papers it says 59hp but could of been changed since then

I have seen them on the transom clamp but not on my motor I did have a good look with the cover off will look tomoz when it's light
