Guys, Went and fished st georges basin to chase the big crocs it is apparently famous for. This was my 2nd attempt at the basin for very little success. We caught a couple of bream on hb in swan bay. Can anyone assist with locations to chase flathead. I am planning to fish there tommorow and will be lay Ching from basin view Cheers Bigslick

Hey guys, I'm planning a fishing trip for 5 days camping and I am tossing up between tuross and narooma. We have a boat and will be fishing the estuary with lures and soft plastics. Mate, I lost a jewie boatside ride at the wall there the other week. Just out from the channel marker in the hole there right at the top of the tide. I was spewing mate would have been my first. It was about 6kg and I was using a squished slick rig Steve

My mate Dean and I fished Lake Illawarra Thursday afternoon on the run out tide. Landd 11 flathead in 2hrs on sqyudigy soft plastic between 40cm-55cm. The colour was evil minnow 80mm100mm and some old lime green squidgy. We also dropped about 5 each. Went back Saturday night and only got four. cheers steve

Twoducks, Its a Navman fish 4431 dst sounder

Hi Guys, New to the site and I am seeking some help with boating accesories. I am about to order a stacer 449 ts nomad elite and was going to get a bow mount min kota and fish finder and live well in the casting deck. I have been recommended the 55lb minn kota with auto pilot $2k, Navman 4431ds (think) $800 and live well $600. Can anyone tell me if this is expensive and where I may find better.
