Help needed to set up a fishing line in a carbon fiber rod!

Hi, My sister bought a carbon fiber fishing rod from China for me which is around 25 ft long. She also bought some threads and hooks, floating. But I don't know how to set up them together. Is there anyone who can help me or teach me to set up the line? I live in Penrith, I can meet somehere nearby in Penrith if needed or by the Nepean river. Please let me know.
