Hi Ross, it is black when it sits on the water but when i tilt the motor back up there is alot of milky oil under the foils. Well it sounds like i have a gearbox problem . I'll have to get it booked in for an inspection. Thanks for your help

Hi All, i have a question for you all. I took my boat out for a nice day on the river but when i got home and flushed the motor i noticed alot of oil mixed with the water. I use a flush bag to flushn the motor thats how i knew there was heaps of oil as the surface was coated in it. The motor is a 79 V4 100hp evinrude. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Simon
