  1. Last week I had a crack at it for the first time with no success. There were a lot of baby beach worms out which I think may have played into my bad luck of not catching any since I found that they were hyper sensitive to everything. 1. I had my stink bag/stocking filled with pillies 2. Found the V in the ground 3. Would slowly walk over or even re-find the worms 4. I would tempt them the stink bag but this is where i I think im running into trouble. As soon as I put the stink bag on the sand they would disappear for good and I would have to start again. I'm not sure if you shouldn't let the bag touch the sand because they're sensitive to vibrations or just keep on looking till I find one hungry enough. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
  2. I found some Pipies while beach fishing. I was told that they aren’t good to eat since they may be toxic. Can anyone confirm this, I didn see an article from a few years ago but I wanted to check in to see if this is still the case.
  3. Hey Fishos, I'm wanting to tackle a bit more squiding in Sydney. Are there any good spots that people could recommend. I think that La Perouse is good but did anyone else have any spots to suggest?
  4. I'm planning on digging up some worms on beaches close to Sydney CBD on a friday to get ready for a beach sesh on Sunday. I don't want to spend all my day trying fishing for bait on Sunday so I want to work ahead of time. Do all beaches have beach worms? Are there any beaches to suggest that I can get to after work.
  5. Lads I've just gotten into beach fishing this summer and I am absolutely loving it. It has me wondering, what sort of fish are around during the Winter and is it still worth beach fishing? I heard that you have a lot more success during the summer.
  6. Un-real thanks everyone ! I'm still trying to work out a good spot if anyone has any suggestions for beach fishing and would like to give away any fun locations that would be great. So far I've just fished Stanwell Park Beach (I found it very turbulent the two times I went) and Narrabeen
  7. Hi All, I'm new to the community and had a questions about beach fishing. I'm very new to beach fishing and I'm trying to get a lot more into it. last weekend I was fishing Narabeen Beach, and was trying to find the right spot to set up. I couldn't seem to find a proper rip or gutter and could barley see sandbanks. Can you help me identify these spots and what to look for in future.
