hi, im going up porthacking on sat night for squid then try me luck for some kings or jews. Got one question. after i catch my squid should i go n drop the boat in at botany bay or is there kings in porthacking? Also im after someone to come along if any1 in the liverpool area is interested.. pm me

I was down the today till about 5pm.. Tried up past the bridge on parra side not city... Nothin one hook up n lost. (just too windy) Then i went down to the rowing club on city side... too windy again, manage a flathead to about 35cm, he gave up a little fight.took a photo on camera phone.. then i gave up n went home.. cause of wind... I use 3" ps worms and i do get constant bites, but cant manage to hook them.. I also had shads in pearl watermelon... do these work?? Would mind knowing what styles of retrieve there is and how to use them ... these eco gear.. do they work during the day also.. Sorry bout all the questions, just keen to learn plastics, maybe i should grab a dvd any good sp ones targeting bream. Thanks Sydney fisho

Hi, every1 im new to the site. Since reading this site, i got stuck on this soft plastic fishing, and seeing that iron cove is a good place to start thought i would give it a go 2 weeks ago. I started down there about 1pm and fished constantly for 4hrs with nothing.. occasional bites, then as the sun was nearly gone, bang got a hit, no bites just straight hit n pulled up a bream about 36cm long, released and continued with 2 lost and lots of bites but no hookups.. I was wondering does ic fire up during the day at all?? im heading back there today... should i only fish night there? Also i have a about a 4mtr tinnie with a 40hp on it if anyone with local knowlodge would like to join me in catching some pelegics sometime... Thanks SydneyFisho
