    Kingfish Social

I'll be there for the social, i'm boat based and will have the missus with me.
  9. Cheers for that mate i'm going to re seal everything on the back of the boat tomorrow so hopefully should solve the problem.
  10. I have a fibreglass round about, i have'nt gota speedo. The only thing that is screwed into the boat is the sounder fittings, the tow hook and the bungs.
  11. I keep the boat in the garage all the time with it raised at the front with the bungs out and have replaced the bungs but i'll try re sealing the bung areas. Thanks i hope that is all it is
  12. Hi, I went out for a 6 hour fish last night and when we were heading back I noticed a puddle of water around the front seat and when i pulled it out of the water a fair bit of water came out of the two side bungs. I usally get a bit of water out of the centre bung but not from the side ones, last night we did do a bit reversing picking up crab pots and what not and they was a bit of a swell, and were traveling quite slow when moving spots. I've got no visable damage on the hull of the boat, had the bungs in tight. If anyone has any input would be great, i've never had this before ( have never done that much reversing before in one session) Thans Nick
  13. I'll be heading off for a fish an Friday arvo 15th about 5:30ish from Bayview, probly start around the back of Scotland Island and then head up between Barrenjoey and Flit and Steel. I'm in a 15ft blue and white sportsman craft with white bimini and whit screen, if your out too come say Gday. Cheers Nick

    Trailer Walkway

HI, You can use these clips that they use on roofs of building to hold them down, its has one bolt in the middle and a small plate that hooks over two sections on the mesh and when tightened up sits pretty flush (hard to explain) if i'm on a roof that has them in the near future i'll get a photo of one but any commercial roofing company should sell them, CSR maybe.
  15. Hi try using load tranfering rods it will spread out the load more evenly and won't let the back of the car sag too much. I used to use them on my ute which was lowered 5inchs! towing a 1200kg race car had no probs, found to quite good on the freeway. You can get them from caravan dealers also come with a plate that is bolted between the tounge and ball with holes in it where the rods hook in.
