hi all, i was having a look at the potoon boats as i have a partner in a wheel chair who loves fishing but bit hard to do 1 out in my current boat can any body tell me what i need to do if i modify a boat or build from scratch to be able to register or kept any mods legal? i was thinking about a barge with modifications as the exsisiting pontoon boats are still not quite right to get a wheel chair around on. any help or advise would be most appericated.

Hi there hope all is well. i know it may be still a bit early just wondering if any body has had a go for hairtail or heard of any body getting any ever since the social couple years ago im keen as to get into them.

a couple of catfish and a couple of pike eels but i always get a couple of them when ever i fish the hawkesbury. just be carefull with the catties no easier way to spoil a good session.

hi guys and dolls, i was very lucky to spend the last week on the hawkesbury river and even though the weather wasnt the best the river didnt let me down we got flathead, flounder, talor, salmon, bream, trevally blue swimmer crabs and some decent JEWS. Just for thought guys the blue swimmers are mating at the moment so even though it is legal to keep the jennys and its up to you but letting the jennys go means more crabs for the future. anyways if you get a chance to hit the hawkesbury give it a go i would think thr river will be producing well for the next couple of months.

hi guys just after a bit of info can anybody tell me how long dose it take to get to boltons reef from west head i would be in half cab with 60 hp is it worth the trip are there any decent spots closer or bit further and what would i expect to catch there your help is much appericated also how far in miles is it of the coast do i need eprib?? thanks in advanced

hi there, im not fussed how many as long as the place we find has enough space for sleeping and boats i have 17ft hlf cab only like fishing with one other in my boat at a time but if any one else wants to come along and bring their boat that fine as well once we have idea how many interested people there are i startlooking at places there are couple of 2 bedders around the $600 mark for the 7 days

i have only prawned at the entrance and down at wingdang (wollongong) done my best at wingdang but im sure other raiders might know better spots maybe next dark which falls on the 28th NOVEMBER next one after that is close to XMAS any ways maybe we could throw some dates around see what suits most raiders i fairly flexible to dates and places hi Roberta if i didnt have to work tomorrow i would have been in it for sure if you go lets us know how you went.

hi there and thanks for the advice it is a 40hp would you by any chance know do i have to buy another electrical cable or are they run through with the taco wirering ?? i havent recieved the speedo yet so i havent spoken to the mechanic yet any way thanks for your replies

hi guys and dolls i have a 2006 yamaha which when i purchased it i only got a digital taco with it i have recently purchased a digital speedo for it and i was wondering if it is a simple plug in thing do i have to buy a cable for it etc etc etc any help would be greatly appericated. spose i should have check all this out before i brought the speedo LOL
