Well done saltrix
Good holiday and a good bag of fish

Big smiles, big fish, fun with family and friends - what more could we ask for
sounds like an excellent trip

Great shots
Well done on being out there to record it

Hi Dandas
The Little Beach ramp is wide enough for 3 boats at a time, lots of parking. Jigholio is right about low tide though. Will depend on what you are towing it with or do what I do and kick the sand out from the front of the wheels and it is usually OK
You can ring Duffy at Salamander Bait and Tackle to see whats being caught this week or drop in and see him - tackle shop is next to service station at Salamander shops. He always has the info.
Stinker writes the fishing column in the Port Stephens Examiner with the weeks report also.
I would take the boat up any weekend as long as the weather isnt a right off because there is always something around.
good luck
Tony

Same here
Thanks Stewy, Donna, Bob and Harry !
It was a great course to do and now know a bit more about the radio than the on-off switch I knew before.
Hope everyone else got through too.

Hey Ben ,
I had to go to my father-in-law today for fathers day and he is a keen st george supporter
He wasnt too happy either when I reminded him about friday

wasnt me but hey, the Roosters have finally decided to play footy again

I agree with gooster
it was probably fishin trip with jason kennedy because rob lang from "Yamba sportfishing Adventures" is one of the sponsors of the show
might be worth booking a trip with them for when you first get to yamba then go your own way afterwards
they probably have a website
good luck

Fantastic !!
Looks like great weather , flat sea, good mates, GREAT FISH !
well done !!

I agree, it was a great night with lots of info
Got some good ideas that can be adapted to boat fishing as well as the rocks
thanks again Fishfinder Tony and all your team plus a special thanks to the speaker
well done

Thank you Mrs Swordfisherman for arranging the course - it always takes a lot of time to put something like that together.
Bob and Harry are great blokes full of lots of info. They gave up these last 2 saturdays to help us out plus the extra time sorting out the papers etc. I think it is brilliant that they can put themselves out year after year - good on them!!!
It was good getting to meet some fellow raiders over the past 2 saturdays.
enjoy the rest of the weekend

Thanks for the reminder
I remembered at work today then forgot again
looks like its back in the car to get one
-
In your picture it looks dark green
i thought from mags it was black
are there colour options??
-
congrats !!!
looks beautiful
Diamonds may be a girls best friend but a reel like that would be better than a diamond for a fisho
what do you reckon ceph?

I agree with both comments so far.
the huckstep book or video makes it all easier to understand.
turning it into fish in the boat is another story
I would turn off the fish symbols

I have associate membership with the local volunteer coastal patrol and log in with them when we go out.
They are a great group of people that work hard and long hours to provide 24hrs cover.
It is a great and essential service.
I have always been annoyed that they have to spend time fundraising to support a service that should be funded by the gov. The report mentions that Qld gov pays for fuel used in rescues but NSW did not -- this is just mad.
It looked like the volunteer coastal patrol (which is the largest of the groups in NSW) would probably agree to change to a single new body, but I hope that regardless of any other changes we need to see a lot more funding from the gov!!

Great report and a fantastic fish
well done

Hi Dan,
Ive got a 135 opti
runs well, no problems in nearly 4 years
good fuel effeciency, I dont bother filling the tank anymore because it takes too long to use it up despite going outside even in big seas.

Hi Poacher
Have not fished it but the NAFA mag for first half of this year had a section on Coffs that looked like a great place for a fishing hol.

Hi Ray
I hope you are having better weather than the forecasts - blowy and big seas
I had been keeping an eye on the forecasts so I could sneak up there for a fish but weather looked ordinary
good luck
