Nice little recipe of Southern Bluefin that the kids love. 1. Cut into 1" cubes 2. Marinate in Soya sauce with a touch of Oyster sauce for an hour (keep stirring) 3. Scatter some sesame seeds over the cubes 4. quickly cook in a wok or on the bbq (doesnt take long) Thats it
