I did cook up the Sambos last nite and fresh they bare not to bad. I put a bit of seasoning on them but dont over cook would be my only tip. BUT FRESH WITH A BEER THEY ARE OK.

Just thought id say Gday i just bought a tinny (bay raider 455) on the weekend and went out yesterday on the protected side of barenjoey for a solo fish and had some luck getting some salmon on little rapala cd7"s i had a ball. Tasted ok with a few spices. Great site found some great tips on here . Cheers I hope this is ok never posted before.
