Hi Guys, I'm new to The Hacking area. Can you guys pin point a spot that I can definitely try for squid as I don't even know what roads there are there? Maybe you guys can give me a landmark for me to work on? Also, what time did U guys get the squid? Lastly, do U guys fish when there's moon or when there's no moon? Wow... U guys r so lucky. I dun even know where I m. Only know I m in Sanctuary Pt. I saw a boat ramp earlier on... Next to it was a washing area. Further up the slope is err... A toilet? Anyone can tell me what boat ramp that might be? The next few questions that I've are... 1. That boat ramp that I mentioned above. If anyone know which one that I m talkin about, are there fishes there? 2. I dun have a boat. Only hands n legs + rods. Where to catch calamari? 3. Huskinville has a wharf and on the right there's a what U call that? A ladder? A staircase? Haha... I m going mad... God, I m bad at descriptions. Which used to decent for fishing. Now they build a gate there... Where else to fish? I m bad at this area. Tomorrow's Xmas n nothing much to do... Dunno where to fish. 4. Is fishing with plastics any good? 5. How safe is it to walk out to the basin to fish slightly further? 6. Any particular place where I can fish w/o much effort of climbing up and down coz I m not too familiar w this area. Help help... Hi all, I'm thinkin of fishin over in Jervis Bay durin the X'mas period. Can anyone recommend any good fishing spot that's not too difficult to access? I'm thinkin of catchin some whitings or if abit more adventurous to catch that elusive kingies that I would love to land my hands on? Hope someone can help. I only wash the part that is meant for eating. The head which they wanna use for fishing is juz straight into the bag and then freezer. Any advice? I think Fri night is better than Sat night. Not sure if I can make it for Sat night either. Nonetheless, Fri night, high tide is at 1:12am. So let me know how it goes.

Was feeling sick for most part of the day but still crawled to work. Then came an SMS in the evening... "I caught a small squid at La Perouse..." How annoying can that get? Went off at 6:30. Called the 2 guys who annoyed me down to Rosebay. 1st cast, nothing. 2nd cast, lost something. 3rd cast: Then it quieten down. Thus we headed to Watsons Bay. 1st and 2nd cast, nothing. 3rd cast Closeup. This will tell them never to never annoy a sick man. The squids in the basin about to go for a wash. The after product. Hi fellow raiders, I am curious to know if there are any squidding spots over in Malabar Beach area. Looking at Google Map, there seem to be a small area for lowering boats into the water on the right hand side of the beach. Other than that, doesn't seem to see any area that can squid landbased. Does any raiders happen to know if there are squids there? I was 'told' that there's a jetty/wharf in Malabar Beach area and juz 2 - 3m above water and a weed bed in front. Does anyone happen to know anything that matches the above description, though not alot, but that's pretty much what I was told. Also, would anyone be keen to share any possible squidding spots? Very much appreciated. d()b
