Well done great fish. Just want to know how wide where you and what water temp was it if u dont mind

Ever lost the weigh of the front of a squid jig hitting rocks or what ever, then the jig floats on top ,I have a good tip how to fix on water ,if u use soft plastis and have a spare head get a pair of pliers and cut the hook half way down the sharft put a little bend in it then push the hook sharft in where the old weight used to be leave the weight on the hook u just cut, this is now your new weight ,the little bend helps it to stay in the jig ,no glue needed last for months . May sink a little quicker or slower depending on what weight u have on the head but has got me heaps of squid when thats all u have got, or your best colour, ps be carefull when cutting hook off where glasses so it dont flick in your eye .Hope this helps save your jigs they are to dear to leave in your box doing jack .....just a quick fix on water till u replace

remember the fish are hatchery trout and fed on fish pellets so get something that smells the same like glow bait and u will catch more

what is your best moon phase that u catch lots of fish on,Me i hate a full moon and hard to explane but a cup moon phase which looks like a bowl the bottom is white top is black ,if u hold your hand out like u are going to catch water in it that is what the white part of the moon looks like if u get that. Make a dairy and i bet u find it very hard to catch fish on that phase ,so what is all this going to do well save u petrol and buy more gear when fishing is bad try and see what results u get this is only my opinion and would like to here yours.

thanks 4 the replys guys the snapper went 50cm and spewing i missed the kings but thats fishing there 1 day gone the next if any 1 would like to hook up and do a late arvo bash 4 snapper at longy let me no the more boats the safer it is .long tom this is 4 u . you will have to get on board and we will catch some good snapper .

Started by trolling dives to bondi and got a few bonnies then went to the peak jigging 4 kings got nothing but a saw arm; charter boat there aswell got nothing so we went back to bondi did a drift and got 3 nice flathead .Took of from there went to manly 4 a drift got small flathead there, so took of to longy started berly going heaps of sweep at the back of the boat threw out unweighted pilly far back from the sweep and got a very nice snapper [ using 8 pound line ] then my mate hooks up and got smoked on a big snapper the time is 4pm we keep berlying hard then heaps of trevalley come on the bite good size to so we take a few home to eat also got big 6 spine jackets ,ambajacks so get out there and have a go and take heaps of berly good luck .new at doing posts so no pics, try and work it out later

We put it to our own test ,1st test was on yakkas 4 live bait 2 boats 3 meter apart i had bread in berly pot mate had bread with the sent mixed in ,I had the same amount of yakkas at the back of boat as he did and caught more then him,now if it was that good all the fish would of swam to his boat and i would of had none. 2nd test was in same boat using plastics 4 bream i used mine with no sent he sprayed his with sent same again i got more fish then him ,both had same lure and line class but thats my findings and wont buy sents as i think they are a waste of money but try for yourself .dirty water may make a difference when fish rely on there smell.

They are getting good kings on jigs on the reefs u just got to sound them up ,watch out for them jackets they love bitting of your jigs and can be costley on the wallet

Thanks guys for the info much appreciated .I have a bar crusher 5.6mtr and handles pretty good but still would not like to get gaught in the rough seas so i will have to pick my days .thanks again

good looking boat there do u go out wyangala dam much ,i to take up the bar crusher to tow the kids around wyangala great spot.havent got that murry god yet but heaps of trout and yellow belly in the river.I heard they shut the dam wall of so u cant drive over it no more or they intend to, see u up there or down here on the water.

Is the trailer electric braked or is it just basic lights and blinkers.and what area r you in .They are very easy to fix if they are basic lights. Let me no if u need help

I have the same boat n motor 04 modle n has not let me down, got 700 hrs on it so it will be interesting to here what the bang was.Mabey we can hook up n plan a trip out wide.hopet dont cost u to much to fix n u get back out there while the fish r on.good luck
