Gday Folks,

An interesting question for me......

DOES ANYONE KNOW/USE ANY PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID SEASICKNESS or TO MAKE IT MORE BEARABLE?

my last time out in a boat was horrible, although i was very sleep deprived and had a gutful of milk at the boat ramp.... looking forward to hearing your views....

I use Quells which work ok for me and really I'm not adding anything new to what has been already said but lately I'f I ate something a little spicey the nite before try also, well in my case I use mylanta tablets. I take two just as I leave home to settle the stomach and take them on the boat with you

Cheers
