Big Bob
Caught Hairtial there during the day along with about 10 other boats. W Fishing was furous with handliners doing all the damage. Managed 1 Hairtail for 8 hook ups. You are better off fishing the drift on trhe i/c tide across the sandbar out front of Umina Beach.

chrisg
Bash Would that be the sand on the ocean side of the point, behind the rocks or further out? Cheers Chris
Bashir
Off the point on the ocean side, where the scattered reef/kelp meets the sand.
