Hawksbury/nepean River

Headed out to the hawksbury today with a mate of mine to chase the elusive kingfish but to no avail . Got to the boat ramp about 5.30 and conditions where great headed out to some reefs picked up 1 flathead, 4 red rockcod, 8 monster yakkas, and 1 leatherjacket. Called it the day at 12 headed back to the ramp put the boat on the tralier and the hit the pub for a few got home about 2 where i meet up with my brother in law (aka crazy4bass) washed the boat and that.

Then me and crazy4bass headed to the river for bass tried spinner baits for awhile then switched to a surface lure which got a couple of hits thats about it. All in all it was a tops day done both salt and fresh water
