Guest Big-Banana
Are these things any good? The one Iam looking at is 50-100lb and with a roller tip.
Bashir
The rods are good things, but depends how much you are paying. The reels are quite old now, and even though they're great, most are getting on a bit and parts may be hard to find.
Lunker_Hunter
I liked the rod alot & have regretted selling mine eversince. Only sold it because I was big into finesse fishing at the time. If it's the rod I would snatch it up, it's one of Shimano's nicest rods they have ever made (my opinion). If it's the reel, Daiwa have a nice Sealine range that varies in prices etc that I would get instead. I also sold a vintage Shimano Bullwhip rod that I am trying to find again... sometimes you just got to hang on to those classic beauties. They are far & few.
