B&w Or Colour

Hi All

After much research and feedback had decided to buy a Lowrance X125, then got a late tax check and now thinking colour with a Lowrance X102C. Any thoughts about colour as opposed to mono. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated before I spend the hard earned. Differnce in price for colour is $400 pixal numbers are the same in both models as is the power output. Will be using inshore and lakes.

Thanks

I prefer the b & w, probably as I am used to it and can intepret the returns well i.e: strength of return to density , etc. , also price comes into it,

It may also be because I'm not familiar with the colour code on the colour units :tease: though I'm sure it would be easy to learn.

The main thing is pixel count, higher the better

cheers
