Guest Big-Banana
Heading out sometime next week for a shot at the fin' coming up out wide and want to go wide from the Harbour to Browns. Whats the best ramp to be using which gives us the quickest exit time to the heads? Whats the quality and facilities of that paticular ramp like? Any feedback would be much appreciated... stevefish
tunks park ramp at cammeray is the go. quality ramp with pontoon and cleaning table, just take it slow from the main road down if you come in from the northbridge direction, it gets a bit skinny. there is another entrance but ive never used it. it can be a bit dodgy at low low tide like everywhere. jjsydney
Hiya I have a 6m boat and found tunks a well setup ramp, pontoon, tables nice park, but it was a very steep drive down, and the ramp itself was very steep esp on the low. I usually put in @ Roseville under the bridge, pontoon, ramp is long and wide, good parking, u need to pay or have a national parks sticker, cleaning table etc. And it is an easy run out to the the heads.
