After getting some inside info on the places to go we set up some rods with bait and had a couple of others spinning some hard bodies.

Ended up with 3 rainbows with the largest coming in at 51cm and 1.4kg which was taken on the hard body, this was one hungry fish, it had three 5-7cm yabbies in its gut as well as a heap of small shrimp.

The other two were caught on powerbait, 700gm and 1.2kg.
