insolent
Emailed the Okuma guys the other day about having my reels serviced as the Ignite reel I received for free (mag subscription) appears to have been stuffed when last serviced (bail arm no longer clicks over, and I haven't used it since being serviced). Instead of just emailing me back where to send or take the reel they looked up my name in the phone book, gave me a call and said to post it back and they would repair it, my only cost being the post even though they are aware it was serviced elsewhere. I'm not a die hard Okuma fan but a bit of credit where credits due. Evil

mottyman
I've had cause to be in contact with the FreeTime group a couple of times for a few things and they have been absolutely fantastic. I broke the tip of a rod, I rang them, paid over the phone with CC and the new rod top section was couriered to my door THE VERY NEXT DAY in a large protective tube. The other time was for some bail arm roller bearings. Again, delivered the very next day and they chucked in a couple of extra's as well.... Can't fault them.
