Lure Making

I am wanting to start lure making (wood and plastic HB) and want to know where to beggin..... i have accsess to every paint colour imaginable, most power tools and stuff like that..... is there a site that has tips and stuff like that on lure making and has step by step instructions on making your first lure ? any info on lure making would be great.....i hardly have any money to spend so im not sure how far i can get

You could try the book Complete Guide To Tackle Making, has all sorts of things going on.
