The 22-year-old man from Harbord, was fishing at Blue Fish Point near Manly, when he fell from a rock ledge at about 7am (AEST) today, a Westpac Life Saver Helicopter spokeswoman said. He plunged four metres but was fortunate to escape with just a fracture to his right elbow. "Four metres – he was very lucky only to have hurt his elbow," the Life Saver spokeswoman said.
