(i mainly like using berkly but im willing to try some different ones ) also what size jig heads will i need ? and what brand ? ill be fishing in about 20-50m of water and using a 3500 symetre and a nexave 702 spin with 10lb braid Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

(i mainly like using berkly but im willing to try some different ones ) also what size jig heads will i need ? and what brand ? ill be fishing in about 20-50m of water and using a 3500 symetre and a nexave 702 spin with 10lb braid Mate Sounds like you have got it covered, right lures/bait right size reel and rod, Though I went for a 4000 size reel for the occasional big Jew/King, but I use gulp 3" 5" and 8" squid, 5" Jerk shads 3" shrimp anything in gulp really is a killer. Just need to figure out the tides and times. The squid in the glow colours should be interesting on the Kings, can't wait to give them a go. Jig heads just have a variety from 1/16 oz up to 1/2 oz depending on depth and current but lighter the better is a good rule of thumb.
