gibodfisho
Caugt this jewie under a moored boat, whilst fishing a bream comp, this thing went hard from the outset. I thought it was a big stingray, my non boater called it for a king. Lure was 1/2 camo gulp worm.

Guest Reely
May well have been an Oz record, if my memory serves me correct. I think the 1kg line class record belongs to Red's mate, of about a 6kg fish.

gibodfisho
Thanks for all the comments guys. It was a great thrill. Chasing it on full leccy throttle through the moorings, was like Gamefishing, awesome fun. Still I don't think you could target a Jew in that area and have a likely chance of finding another one. It was only 4m deep in a bay with little to no current and a feature less bottom. But thats fishing always something to surprise us.
