Robbielites
I dont think JBL do a marine line. you could hang these off your rocket launchers though Seriously Withworths do a waterproof range that are capable enough for boating needs. Cheers. Robbie. Edited November 28, 2006 by Robbielites
domza
if you want good quality marine speakers look for the 'Alpine marine series' I think super cheap auto sells the unit at around 300 and speakers at 60 or there abouts. Bias boating and Whitworths will also have a range.

traysexy
One thing to remember that if you are after a sub, then you do really need to run an amp with it also. The power comming striaght from a head unit won't be stong enough to punch a decent sub.. With an amp comes more power drain on your batteries too... Just a thought.. Pete. Flightmanager
Dont know about using a sub on a fishing boat , the low freqs woudl probably scare the fish away !!! Ross
traysexy
If anything happens to go wrong, you can always use the sub to push the boat along Cheers, Pete
