I Josh

i think the yo-zuri's have the weight stamped on the lead weight

i don,t use another sinker i just use the weight of the jig

Leaders i do use a leader but no swivel (double uni knot)join

and use a leader thats non visable. Don,t know if it helps or not when catching squid

Hi Josh, you don't need any weight above the jig as they have inbuilt weights in them.

if you add more weight, they won't work properly and will sink to the bottom.

Just tie the jig straight onto the line and cast out. It will slowly sink and you should start the retrieve

either slowly or a bit faster if required.

Good luck on the squidding.

Cheers,

Pete.
