Deep Water Plastics?

Hey just wondering if there are any plastics for deeper water...and also that can handle a fair bit of current? i know you would probly need some heavy jig head or sumthing to get it down any1 know of some products?

Oh ok thanks for that and wat kind of line can u have one sumthing lke that?...

Also wat kinds of species of fish would take something like that?

You can also use a paternoster rig, I am yet to try this but am going to next time I go out. Read a report in a fishing mag a few months ago and the guy was loading up on snapper using sluggo's with a small jig head on a paternoster rig.

I did a bottom bashing charter on fishfinder Tony's boat a couple of months ago and the skipper used a paternoster rig baited with soft plastics. Can't remember what brand- some sort of wriggly tailed squidgie i think, and he caught a few fish. Not as many cause he just left in the rod holder and if someone was close when it twitched they would pick it up. Can't remember if he used a jighead but think it was just a plain hook.
