Luringbream
Gday all, with all this hype and surface activity happening i've got quite a few bonnies at home and theres plenty here for a feed and we've given a few away etc but im left with 4 and i dont know what to do with them. I've heard that they are an excellent bait for snapper, dollies and the like, however i have never used them? I filleted them, half were left in salt and the other normal. What are other methods of preserving bonnies for bait? And how good are they? DAN
Guest Reely
Just salt the fillets, wrap in newspaper, put in plastic bag and freeze.
