ophet
Hi all, I am heading up to the Gold Coast early April and want to head out on a charter boat for the day. Not too fused what I catch, just want to catch pelagics or nice eating fish. Does anyone have any recommendations for up there? Cheers. Guest Reely
BK's Fishing Charter is a great one to go on! There are many brochures in the many hotels up there, just dont go on Hooker1, i found them to be hopeless while up there!
Heath
445F, About an hour south is Brunswick Heads. One of the best charters operates out of there, who consistantly catches mackerel, wahoo etc. No bottom bashing on this boat out of season. Mono's Fishing Charters is the name. Failing that, if the mackerel are on ( hopefully they will be chewing their heads off in April ) give me a yell. I head out chasing mackerel just about every chance I get this time of year.
