mrmoshe Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 If you are looking for something to do this Sunday, especially if you have kids....there's an open day being held at the Chowder Bay Sydney Harbour Federation Trust facility at Clifton Gardens to celebrate Sydney Harbour Week. They have some great things for kids to enjoy and they also will be holding some public seminars on fish behaviour etc. Displays * Display tanks featuring some of the marine flora, fauna and other bits and pieces found here at Chowder Bay. * Sea Urchin research and aquaculture exhibit * Microscope viewing of various marine flora and fauna * Oceanic Layering Display * An Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) * A Show - and - Tell of the items from our numerous display cabinets (Building 22 - times to be advised closer to the event)* * Posters, photographs and pictures of the local marine environment and some of the research currently being undertaken. * Underwater Photography Exhibition (presented by Plunge Diving) Details and times can be found here Harbour Trust Cheers, Pete.

Somehow, I doubt it. They probably have some nice squid in the viewing tanks as well It should be a nice place to take the kids to show them all things piscatorial. Cheers, Pete.
