Guest Plastic Fanatic Posted March 23, 2007 Share Posted March 23, 2007 Sliders in either MotorOil or Pumpkinseed colors. (I have tried other colors but have had very little luck with them.) I have fished them light around timber, or heavy when trying to fish mid-water in some of the very deep QLD impoundments. When using the Slider I always remove the first three segments of the plastic before I thread the hook. If the water is discolored or the fishing is quiet I dip the last third of the tail in a garlic-based scent. When chasing Bass in impoundments, this is the first lure I tie on! (Doesn't hurt as much losing one of these compared to losing a Jackall! ) Give 'em a go mate ... and hold on!! PF Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
