mark*
hey dan bream, not to sure where lions park is but if u mean the ones next the ramp near the bowling club i have fished them a bit they produce alot of little red bream and whiting its basically a nursery ground for them but i have caught flathead to a kilo and the odd solid legal sized whiting there aswell. mullet can be caught on bread and a float. i find bait the best option there and small hooks and bait also. the right tide is needed though as there is alot reed easy to cast over on low tide but nearly unfishable on high. hope this is where your talking bout and hope this helps you. mark*
yeh mate it is could u plz tell me wat bait to use and wat tide just peeled prawns and beach worms some of the bigger whiting will eat substantial amounts but the smaller fish may struggle to, these fish will eat anything though, they arent picky like a jew or king, throw a bait out they'll eat it. . . as i said low tide is the best, high is very hard to fish the area Edited March 29, 2007 by Mark_17
