rodf
Howdy, Does anybody have any great ideas for a rain/water repellant for boats with perspex windscreens?? I thought Rain X might have worked but it specifically says not to use on acrylic/perspex surfaces. Rod
Guest Big-Banana
Hmm, I use Rain X on my windows and its great, on perspex, you might have to buy one of those rain repellent rags. You can get them from any automotive store.
njsconst
I use "Meguiars Clear Plastic Polish". It is designed specifically for plastic, not glass. It cleans the perspex, restores clarity, leaving it silky smooth repelling water. I shopped around and used all kinds of products before finding this one. It is by far the best! Available through Bias Boating for $16 (236ml Bottle). Give it a go.
