Sea Ranger
Greetings raiders I just purchased a 10ft tinnie with a 4 hp evenrude and it hasn't seen water for the last three years. Evidently it has been run every so often and did start first pull at the previous owners place and it sprayed water good so I assume the impeller is working fine, however before taking it out I thought it might be a good idea to have it serviced or at least gone over. I live in the Hills area in the Baulkham Hills Shire. Any references in the area? Thanks Chris
longtail
Hi Chris, I can recommend a marine engineer who has a mobile service. Saved me $70 on a scheduled service, didn't have to tow it, and did the job with his offsider in 1/2 hr. Uses genuine parts & Quicksilver (Mercury) lubes. I was very impressed & he gave me some good tips. Check yr PM.
