zrealist
Hi all, I was just eating some snakes (the sweet jelly ones that you buy from the supermarket). They do look like certain soft plastics. Just wondering if anyone has used those for fishing.

Jewhunter
I've got a few Flatties on the snakes & a few Bream hits but missed those. I got the idea when I took my son down to H.C Bay one day & I took a pack of snakes with us to snack on. The fish were pretty thick & I reckon they would have hit anything. The snakes worked. They go a bit hard after they've been in saltwater though & can be a bugger to get off the hook. Cheers, Grant.

zrealist
few good point i can see using snakes are snakes could also work out to be cheaper than plastics. any left overs can also be consumed by the fisho.
